• Manage and update our e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon, Indiamart, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Sales & Marketplace Management:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure high-quality product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.

2. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement:

• Work with the marketing team to run ads, promotions, and discount campaigns.
• Implement SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to increase online sales.
• Engage with customers through email marketing, chat support, and reviews management.

3. Sales Analytics & Reporting:

• Track sales performance, customer trends, and competitor analysis.
• Provide reports on conversion rates, revenue, and market trends.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights and customer behavior.

4. Order Processing & Customer Support:

• Oversee order fulfillment, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve order issues.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer satisfaction metrics.
