Job Overview:
The E-commerce Sales Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing sales on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms. The role involves handling product listings, sales strategy, promotional campaigns, and overall growth in online sales, particularly in home decor, fashion, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Platform Management:
- Handle product listing, cataloging, and optimization on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and stock updates to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Ensure high-quality images, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility.
2. Sales & Performance Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue via e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.
- Improve conversion rates and customer engagement through optimized product listings.
3. Promotions & Advertising:
- Plan and implement sales promotions, deals, and discount strategies.
- Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Work on SEO optimization, keywords, and ad placements to drive sales.
4. Order & Customer Management:
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and returns management.
- Ensure smooth coordination with logistics partners for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate and positive reviews.
5. Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales reports, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for sales growth and improvement based on data insights.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes.
