Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to students seeking information about studying abroad.
Communicate effectively with prospective students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
Assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests and qualifications.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and provide information about our services.
Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in education counseling or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
