We are looking for a detailed oriented, research driven and customer centric Education Credential Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level!

We are looking for a detailed oriented, research driven and customer centric Education Credential Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level!
Responsibilities
- Respond to requirements inquires coming from internal groups in a timely manner
- Research and document admission requirements and education credentials for new programs
- Research and update admission requirements for existing programs
- Provide ideas about how to maximize accuracy and response times
- Analyze the impact of inaccurate admission requirements and documenting lessons learned
- Review all cancellations/rejections and provide an action plan on next steps
- Create new knowledge base articles and communicate them to our KB team
- Review accuracy of the existing knowledge base articles and take appropriate action with KB team
- 1-2 years experience in education credential evaluation
- Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
- Experience using Google and Office Suites, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, Basecamp
- Ability to work independently to complete data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records of program requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail
- Experience with international travel or education documentation, considered an asset Experience in data analysis, considered an asset
