• Counsel students regarding abroad education such as regarding course and programme selection, scheduling classes, study habits, and career planning.
  
• Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioural problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.
  
• Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve recruitment targets
  
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations
  
• Analysing the mind-set of the students who are interested in higher education from abroad
  
• Sell the course for abroad Education ie for Diploma, Bachelor's, and Masters (all stream)
  
• Providing thorough and accurate information regarding the programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like GCC USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Switzerland(Rest of Europe), Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Mauritius.
  
• Helping the students with every detail from registration to Fly 
  
• Motivate and encourages candidates to take up the course
  
• Regularly calling interested customers to increase the rate of walk-ins every day and the roll strength of registered students
  
• Responsible for working with leadership to identify key strategies, and then develop executable programs that ensure the sales team meets company goals. 
  
• Lead initiatives to design and manage programs that focus on driving sales and improve Education customer experience.
  
• Responsible for Regular and systematic follow-up via phone calls and messaging and e-mailing
  
• Responsible for Systematic maintenance of Database
  
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager
