Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching and Academic Delivery
-
Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in core EEE subjects such as Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, and Circuit Theory.

Develop course materials, assignments, projects, and assessments aligned with academic standards and evolving industry needs.

Employ innovative and interactive teaching methods including digital and blended learning.

Supervise student projects, dissertations, and theses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
2. Research and Development

Conduct original research in specialized areas such as Smart Grids, Renewable Energy Systems, Electrical Drives, Power Electronics, Control and Automation, or High Voltage Engineering.

Publish research findings in reputed international journals and conferences.

Seek and manage research funding from governmental agencies, industry, and academic grants.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and industry partners for applied research projects.

Mentor postgraduate and doctoral students in research methodology and execution.
3. Departmental and Academic Contributions

Participate in curriculum development, program review, and academic committees.

Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and technical events.

Contribute actively to accreditation and quality assurance processes (NBA, NAAC, etc.).

Engage in student admissions, examinations, and evaluation procedures.

Support faculty development initiatives and mentor junior faculty members.
4. Industry Interaction and Community Engagement

Foster partnerships with industry for internships, placements, and collaborative research.

Facilitate student involvement in industrial training, competitions, and innovation challenges.

Participate in outreach programs and technical awareness campaigns.
