Job Description
Applications are invited from eligible Candidates for the EEI Internship Programme
EEI Internship Programme
: EEI internship Programme is being offered with an aim to provide hands-on
/ experiential learning to integrate knowledge and theory of extension education
with practical application and skill development in a professional setting.
Internships shall give the students, the opportunity to learn recent advances
in extension education, gain valuable insights and learn to apply their
experience and facilitate to develop a professional network among the
agricultural extension stakeholders in the NE Region

Eligibility :
Open to
· MSc
(Agri / Hort. / Community Science or H.Sc / Vety. / Fishery)
· Ph.D
student in Agricultural Extension
· PhD
Degree holders in Agricultural Extension
· MBA
in Agricultural Business Management
Monthly Stipend :
Rs. 25,000/-. Students who are availing
any other fellowship/ stipend will not be given EEI stipend.
Schedule of the
Internship : 6 months (Year round - based on performance
& requirement)
Place of the Internship : EEI, Jorhat, Assam or any other place that is decided
