Job Description
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s and Master’s (preferred) degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or equivalent).
• Preferred Certification or Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute (e.g., RLI/CLI/State Govt. approved).
• Minimum 8-10 years of EHS experience in R&D / Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering service environment.
• Sound knowledge of Indian EHS regulations, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Strong experience in Internal auditing, risk assessment, incident investigation methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to influence an EHS culture across teams and ability to interact at all levels in the organization.
