Job Description
OB DESCRIPTION:
· Engage in regular joint HSE inspection, carrying risk assessment and incidents investigations headed by HSE site practitioners.
· Perform full time and continuing safety coverage / monitoring at work sites to ensure compliance of work force.
· Report to and assist HSE Manager in the overall implementation of the Company and Client approved site specific Safety program and HSE related activities.
· Prepares and reports findings with recommendation for corrective action.
· Coordinate for Safety, Health, and Security and Environment issues with client counterpart in the field that concern or affect day-to-day operation.
· Fully familiar with the project specific established emergency procedures and ensure that the same is fully conveyed to site employees in their respective area of coverage.
Ø Provide Advise to site management on Predictable job hazards on site in which affected work force and property damage.
Ø Carry out site surveys / patrols to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed, and Welfare facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
Ø Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and safety literature. Circulate information applicable to each level of employees.
Ø Monitors daily tool box meetings or pre-job instruction meeting of Foreman / Supervisors.
