Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team to support our customers with installation, calibration, and maintenance of weighing equipment.Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Configuration: Install and configure single-function,laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers (MFPs) at client offices.Set up printer drivers, local connections, and network/LAN/Wi-Fiprinting. [1]Maintenance & Repair: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance androutine cleaning to extend equipment life. [1]Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware and software malfunctions,paper jams, print quality flaws, and connectivity errors. [1]Parts & Consumables Replacement: Replace worn-out components, rollerkits, fuser units, printheads, ink cartridges, and toners. [1]Customer Interaction: Visit customer premises for on-site breakdownsupport, demonstrate basic operation of MFPs, and train end-users onbasic troubleshooting.Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, logs of callresolutions, customer sign-offs, and spare parts inventory
