Qualification: Engineering in Electrical
Job Description:-
Preparation of Tag Plate (Name Plate, Rating Plate)
As-built drawings Preparation
Discussion with Customer if require
Site Support
Fabrication Clearance to venders
Materials Clearance to Purchase team if have some diversion of the materials.
ISO Documents related to Design
Study of Customer specification
Study of Enclosure Mounting Layout and Deciding IP Rating.
Control Panel General Arrangement & Internal General Arrangement Preparation
SLD Preparation.
Preparation of Cable Schedule, Plant layout & Earthing Cabinet
Electrical Scheme (Control & Power wiring) Preparation
Bill of Material Preparation for Individual Project
Preparation of Heat, Load & Busbar size Calculations
Selection of Cooling arrangement for the Enclosure on the basis of Heat Dissipation
Discussion with the Clients Regarding Components Setting Parameters
Selection of Cables, and Electrical Switchgears as per the load requirement
Preparation of Cable Schedule
Selection of Glands as per the Core Cable
System (SCADA & PPC) Architecture of Plant
Submission of Material Request to purchase
Material fallows up to purchase Department
