Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical service projects at customer sites across India, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality parameters.

Handle on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, HT/LT panels, UPS systems, earthing systems, cabling, and protection devices.

Interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), panel drawings, and technical manuals.

Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clarity of project requirements and objectives.

Conduct pre-site inspections, site feasibility studies, and prepare material/equipment requirement lists before mobilization.

Lead a team of technicians and electricians to carry out work as per standard safety and quality norms.

Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Monitor performance of electrical systems post-installation to ensure reliability and address any operational issues.

Prepare and submit technical documentation, reports, and project handover packages.

Provide technical support and training to site teams and client personnel as required.

Ensure adherence to all relevant IS/IEC/NBC standards and client-specific guidelines.

Participate in project review meetings, audits, and inspections by internal teams or client representatives.

Manage client communication on-site, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical service or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.

Knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., IS, IEC), and safety regulations.

Strong understanding of electrical systems: LV/HV equipment, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, and control systems.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client and site interactions effectively.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Willingness to travel extensively across India and work in challenging environments.
