Job Description

Job Profile:

Maintenance of HT and LT ac induction motor
Maintenance of HT and LT panels like PCC, MCC, PDB, ACDB and 6.6kv panel
Maintenance of Air Compressor, HVAC systems, Transformer, DG, EOT Crane, Drives
Maintenance of Field instrument like FT, PT, LT, TT etc
Maintenance of PLC, RIO UPS
Handling and controlling of HMI system
Proper maintenance activities planning including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance
Making of CAPA to prevent repeated problem and increasing production
Spare procurement planning and inventory control
Ensuring all work is authorized and carried out in compliance with the safe work permit system
Ensuring instrument/electrical spare parts and consumables are adequately stocked in the warehouse and that adequate specifications and supplies have been developed to enable ordering / re-ordering
Preparation of Budgeting structure for department and plant maintenance
Checking of checklist and maintaining its effectiveness
Handling SAP PM MODULE System for procurement of material and order generating for Plant maintenance schedule work
Handling store managerial systems as per 5S
Controlling and maintaining of ISO documents for sustainable development of our organization
Organizing Identify training requirements for technicians and organize on-the-job training programs to ensure improvement in their quality of work
Man power handling.
