Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Mentor test engineers across sites worldwide to grow flash test engineering capabilities/expertise.
- Work closely with and support adjacent Engineering disciplines (e.g., HW Design, Mechanical, and Firmware) on both Sustaining and New Product Development programs.
- Define and document system configurations to increase SMART's product qualification and test coverage, including off the shelf and custom (internally) developed test sets.
- Develop and enhance test scripts to automate design verification tests.
- Create hardware qualification test plans, perform system level design verification testing, and document test reports.
- Work with Operations (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, and Production Test) to ensure successful product release to production and to improve efficiency without impacting product quality.
