Position Responsibilities:

Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Mentor test engineers across sites worldwide to grow flash test engineering capabilities/expertise.
Work closely with and support adjacent Engineering disciplines (e.g., HW Design, Mechanical, and Firmware) on both Sustaining and New Product Development programs.
Define and document system configurations to increase SMART's product qualification and test coverage, including off the shelf and custom (internally) developed test sets.
Develop and enhance test scripts to automate design verification tests.
Create hardware qualification test plans, perform system level design verification testing, and document test reports.
Work with Operations (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, and Production Test) to ensure successful product release to production and to improve efficiency without impacting product quality.
