Job Description

About the job1. Develop and design electrical circuits and solar systems for Photourja Technologies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Manage logistics and material flow to ensure timely delivery of components and equipment for projects.
3. Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization of materials.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for technical and project-related inquiries.
6. Utilize expertise in electrical machines to optimize the performance of photovoltaic systems developed by the company.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve upon existing technologies and processes for Photourja Technologies.
Other requirements

1. bachelors or diploma in electrical related fields

2. minimum 6 months of job experience

3. Good speaking skills

4. language proficiency, can read and write. (Hindi, English)

5. leadership and team management
