Urgent Requirement for Bluspring Limited for the parent Company of (Quess Crop Limited).
Wanted Technical Candidates in a Leading Integrated Facility Management Company,
Qualifications: ITI– (Wiremen, Electrician), Diploma– (EEE, ECE, MECH), BE – (EEE, ECE, MECH),
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (1 to 5 Year),
Role: Electrical Technician.
Salary: 18500/- to 22000/- Take Salary with ESI, Insurance, EPF, Bonus.
Work Location: OMR, Thoraipakkam, Navalur, Thiruvanimuyur, Pallavaram, GST Road, Chennai Airport, Chennai City, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical Installation:
-
Install electrical wiring, outlets, lighting systems, control panels, circuit breakers, and other components based on design specifications.

Interpret and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals during installations.
-
Ensure all installations comply with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
-
Assist in setting up temporary and permanent electrical systems for new construction, renovation, or expansion projects.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
-
Conduct routine inspections of existing electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or need for adjustments.
-
Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of electrical systems.

Respond promptly to breakdowns or power failures and troubleshoot issues to restore functionality.
-
Replace damaged or faulty wiring, fuses, switches, outlets, motors, lights, or panels as needed.
3. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
-
Use multimeters, ammeters, voltmeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults.
-
Systematically analyze issues to determine root causes and take corrective action.

Document problems and repair activities accurately for internal records and reporting.
4. Compliance and Safety:
-
Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, while working with live electrical circuits or equipment.

Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks.

Stay updated with changes in electrical codes and regulations.
-
Report unsafe conditions or equipment and take immediate corrective action if required.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
-
Work closely with other technicians, supervisors, and engineers to coordinate tasks.

Support electrical requirements in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems as needed.

Provide assistance and training to junior team members or apprentices.
6. Record Keeping and Reporting:
-
Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance activities, installations, inspections, and repair logs.

Create reports for management or engineering departments as requested.

Track material usage and inform the purchasing department for timely procurement of spare parts or tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
-
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and their components.
-
Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase systems.
-
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and layout plans.
-
Skilled in using diagnostic and testing tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and continuity testers.
-
Knowledge of motor starters, relays, sensors, and power distribution systems.
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication skills for coordination and documentation.
-
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in dealing with both technical and non-technical staff.
