Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically strong and enthusiastic Electrical Trainer to deliver theoretical and hands-on practical training in various domains of electrical engineering. The trainer will be responsible for instructing students, technicians, or working professionals in fundamental and advanced electrical concepts, electrical safety, wiring practices, panel board installations, motor control systems, and electrical maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have solid industry experience in electrical engineering, excellent teaching and communication skills, and a passion for developing job-ready skills in learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver hand on structured electrical training programs in line with industry standards.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Maintain and update training materials, tools, and equipment to support effective learning.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure training content relevance.
- Stay up to date with emerging electrical technologies and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma Electrical Engineering /AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Fluency in English and presentation skills.
