Sound knowledge of electrical distribution system, electrical protection, fault identification / rectification, LT panels & HT side.

Working of DG, AMF panel, preventive maintenance.

Sound knowledge of civil work, seepage identification and rectification.

Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, bathroom utilities, sanitary fixtures etc.

Knowledge about AC system, split and window AC, VRV system, Centralized ACs.

Preventive planned maintenance of assets like lifts, boilers, water softeners etc
