Job Description
Position Overview:
The Electrician will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work for building, commercial, and industrial projects. This includes wiring, cable laying, fitting electrical equipment, testing systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
This role involves working at various sites in Mumbai and other parts of India, depending on project requirements. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Installation

Install and maintain wiring systems for buildings, commercial complexes, and industrial facilities.

Connect and install circuit breakers, distribution boards, switches, sockets, and lighting fixtures.

Follow technical diagrams and blueprints for wiring layouts.

Cable Laying & Termination
-
Lay underground and overhead cables as per specifications.
-
Perform cable jointing and termination for LV (Low Voltage) and MV (Medium Voltage) systems.

Testing & Troubleshooting

Test electrical systems using tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and continuity testers.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a safe and timely manner.

Maintenance Work
-
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

Replace damaged wiring, switches, or other electrical components.

Safety Compliance
-
Follow all electrical safety procedures and company safety guidelines.

Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
