Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our growing team, specializing in panel wiring, electrical maintenance, and industrial electrical setups. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical tools, reading electrical diagrams, and performing wiring and maintenance work in both local and outstation locations.
This position offers stability, on-the-job learning, outstation job exposure, and extra overtime earnings. All travel and stay expenses for outstation projects are covered by the company, with additional OT (overtime) compensation paid for work done outside the base location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical Panel Wiring

Assemble, wire, and install electrical panels based on technical diagrams and circuit drawings.

Interpret wiring schematics, load calculations, and panel layouts.

Ensure proper connections of MCBs, relays, contactors, switches, terminals, and other components.

Conduct quality checks and testing for short circuits, continuity, and grounding.
2. Electrical Maintenance Work

Perform routine and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in industrial and commercial setups.

Diagnose faults in wiring, switches, motors, transformers, and control panels.

Replace or repair defective components and ensure safe system restoration.

Keep a record of maintenance logs and report critical issues to the supervisor.
3. Outstation Site Work

Travel to client locations across India for installation or maintenance projects.

Complete wiring, installation, and testing work at project sites as per given deadlines.

Coordinate with the site supervisor, project manager, or client representative.

Maintain professional conduct and company standards during travel and stay.
4. Tools and Safety

Use electrical tools and instruments like multimeters, testers, crimping tools, etc.

Follow all safety procedures while working with live connections, heights, or heavy equipment.

Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure job site is secure after work.
5. Coordination and Reporting

Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and teammates on job planning and execution.

Provide daily updates on work progress, material usage, and project timelines.

Follow schedules and complete tasks within deadlines with quality and accuracy.
