Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. CCTV Camera Wiring & Installation:

Install and wire CCTV cameras and related equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial setups.

Ensure proper placement, alignment, and wiring of cameras for optimal surveillance coverage.

Work with video recording devices, DVRs, and network video recorders (NVRs) to set up and configure surveillance systems.

Troubleshoot CCTV systems, including resolving video display issues, connectivity problems, and poor-quality footage.

Perform system integration for multi-camera and advanced surveillance setups.
2. Mobile Signal Booster Installation:
-
Install and wire mobile signal booster systems to enhance cellular network coverage in buildings or areas with poor reception.

Conduct site surveys to identify signal weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions.

Configure and fine-tune mobile signal boosters for optimal performance.

Troubleshoot any issues with mobile signal reception and make necessary adjustments.
3. Biometric Access Control Installation & Maintenance:

Install and wire biometric access control systems (fingerprint scanners, facial recognition systems) for secure entry management.

Integrate biometric systems with existing security infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality.

Provide troubleshooting and repair services for biometric access control systems when needed.

Maintain and update access control software for accurate data logging and system performance.
4. General Technical Work and System Integration:
-
Install and maintain various electrical systems, including alarms, intercom systems, lighting control, and more.

Work with electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure installations are accurate and meet electrical standards.

Install and maintain other technical systems as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Collaborate with the team for the efficient installation of complex systems, ensuring all technical aspects are covered.
5. Repair and Maintenance Services:

Provide repair and maintenance services for CCTV cameras, signal boosters, biometric systems, and other electrical systems.
-
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in security systems, electrical panels, and other equipment.

Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns, ensuring the longevity of customer systems.
-
Keep records of maintenance and repair activities, including customer service requests and system performance.
6. Training and Skill Development:
-
Participate in company-provided free training on the latest technologies, installation techniques, and advanced electrical systems.

Learn and upgrade skills in emerging technologies such as wireless security systems, smart home automation, and integrated alarm systems.

Assist junior technicians and new employees in gaining hands-on experience and understanding of the job.
7. Customer Interaction:

Interact with clients to discuss their specific requirements, explain the system features, and guide them on the best solutions.

Provide high-quality customer service by answering client questions, providing product knowledge, and offering post-installation support.

Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
