Position Overview
The Electrician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities at the worksite. This role involves supervising electricians and technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Electrician Supervisor serves as the primary link between management and the technical team, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects.
This position requires excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to train and guide team members. The Electrician Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring safety, and delivering quality work on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision and Team Management

Oversee daily activities of electricians and electrical technicians.

2. Electrical Installation and Maintenance

3. Compliance and Safety

4. Coordination and Communication

5. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

6. Documentation and Reporting
