Job Description
- Communicate with customers by telephone or in person information about or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Keep Records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Test equipment that could determine the causes of product dysfunctions.
- Recommend improvement in products, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems to respective dept.
- Respond to customer problems or complaints.
- Promote products, Services ,or programs .
- Maintain Rapport and good relations with all customers.
- Taking into consideration customer needs and suggestions and passing it on the respective department.
- Taking information from the market about the market trends and passing it on to the marketing department.
- product improvement suggestion from the customers be
- communicated with R&D departments and production Engineers.
- Repetitive complaints should be worked on
- Giving Proper Training of the machine the installation of the machine to be done properly.
- Finding the root cause of repetitive complains of customers and giving top priority to customer complaints.
Qualifications and Skills
- Should have 0 months to 2 years of experience
- should knowledge of operating computer.
- Will be on field job, physically fit, traveling.
- Should have core electronics knowledge
- Should not have any medical issues, like Asthma etc.
Qualification - Diploma Electronics or BE electronics or BSC or Computer Science
