Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electronics and Communication Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electronic equipment and communication systems. Your work will support a wide range of applications including telecommunications, embedded systems, signal processing, and network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electronics, communication theory, and modern technologies, coupled with practical skills in circuit design, software programming, and system integration. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:

Design and develop electronic circuits, communication devices, and embedded systems based on project requirements.

Create schematics, PCB layouts, and system architecture diagrams using CAD and EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD.

Develop firmware and software for microcontrollers, DSPs, and communication protocols using languages like C, C++, or Python.

Perform simulation and modeling to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
2. Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conduct rigorous testing of electronic components, communication modules, and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Use oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Analyze test data and debug hardware/software problems, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to verify product reliability and safety.
3. Communication Systems:

Design and implement communication systems including wired, wireless, RF, optical, and satellite technologies.

Work on modulation, coding, signal processing, and network protocols to enhance data transmission efficiency and reliability.

Support integration of communication systems into larger networks or devices.
4. Documentation and Compliance:

Prepare detailed technical documentation including design reports, test plans, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., IEEE, ITU, FCC) and regulatory requirements.

Participate in audits and certification processes as necessary.
5. Research and Innovation:

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in electronics and communication technologies.

Conduct research and feasibility studies for new products and enhancements.

Propose innovative solutions to improve system performance, reduce costs, or enhance functionality.
6. Collaboration and Project Management:

Work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Participate in project planning, progress reviews, and risk assessments.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
