Electronics Design Engineer
Job Description:-
Advising the right products by technically meeting the customer requirements.
Conducting In house Training about the Existing products and latest developments.
BOM preparation and updations in ERP.
ERP Coding Updations for generated Sale orders & about to submit Quotations.
Preparation of Drawings for regular products and custom-based products.
Releasing the tested prototypes for further growth in the market and validating the product.
Updating ISO (9001: 2015) documents and actively participating in the ISO internal and External Audits.
Timely updating the Catalogues and Instruction Manuals for the above-said products.
Involving in Daily, Weekly Internal Team Meeting & Quarterly and Yearly Production Analysis, QA and OTP Analysis, and Management Review Meeting.
Preparing Report after Product Analysis by using Test Point Matrix method.
Addressing Service Issues (Preparing CAR) by coordinating with R&D, Service, and QA teams.
Assisting R&D by testing the latest developments and advising the required improvements.
Leading the Team manufacturing of ROTI/RWTI (Remote Oil/Winding Temperature Indicators), Micro-Controller based Temperature Scanners and Controllers, Tap Position Indicators, AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), Smart Breather, TMS (Transformer Monitoring System), DTCC (Digital Tap Changer Cubicle), Fibre Optic Indicators.
Monitoring Quality Assurance for Products from the Design stage to After Sales & Service stage.
Timely Conducting Type Tests (EMI/EMC, Damp Heat, Cold & Heat Test, Vibration, Drop Tests, HV & IR Test) on the Electronic Products.
Timely Updating of Calibration for the all above Type tested products.
