Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to confirm product requirements.
- Develop hardware solutions for company products, including component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout.
- Conduct hardware debugging and problem analysis.
- Prepare and maintain hardware design documentation.
- Follow up on product prototyping and provide on-site customer support.
- College degree or above in Electronics or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of hardware design experience, with the ability to independently develop and debug hardware.
- Experience in analog, audio circuit design is preferred.
- Proficient in PCB design software such as Altium Designer (AD) and Cadence.
- Familiar with hardware development, testing, and documentation processes.
- Capable of handling after-sales support, on-site support at client locations, and business trips; willing to work overtime when needed; hardworking and customer-oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Experience with ICT, fixtures, or measurement equipment is a plus.
