Job Description

• In-depth understanding of various sensors, actuators, controllers, embedded SW, Datalink, Network topology, etc. and how they can be integrated to meet customer requirements.
• Develop Systems requirements for Battery and Fuel cell powertrain sub-systems
• Experience in automotive High voltage systems such as HV harness, connectors, HVIL, etc.
• Battery, Hydrogen specific Codes, standards and safety regulations
• Knowledge of EMI-EMC requirements, ISO 26262 
• Good knowledge in industry communication protocols such as J1939
• Experience in development of power electronics systems such as DC-DC, DC-AC, on boarding charger, etc.
• Experience in SIL/MIL
• Knowledge of requirements management tools PTC, Doors etc.
• Should be able to review the models/code and tweak the variables for optimal control.
• Role also requires hands on experience with System integration
• Certification experience is a plus
• Experience in Battery controls/ Fuel cell controls or electrified systems controls integration
• Knowledge of controls hardware, selection of power electronics components, interface requirements, and validation plans
• Hands on experience in Embedded C/MATLAB & Simulink 
• Powertrain controller tuning, calibrations and troubleshooting
• Development of control system for thermal management, charging system, hydrogen-fuel cell interface, etc.
• Electrified Powertrain components verification and validation
