Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and journeys

Create and manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting

Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and timing

Ensure email deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR as applicable)

Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams

Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows

Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and segmentation strategies

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
