Job Description

Responsibilities:

As an Email Deliverability Analyst, you will maximize customers' deliverability rates by monitoring their email campaigns, analyzing key metrics, recommending and helping implement email best practices, and ensuring that Blueshift and its customers are always up-to-date with the most recent industry laws and regulations,. This role will be an essential piece in problem solving and ensuring a quality product for our clients. You will be reporting to the Head of Deliverability.

Must Have Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of technical email marketing experience
Strong understanding of ISP landscape, Postmaster/Sender guidelines and spam filtering technologies
Expert knowledge of best practices for sending bulk email and list management
A good understanding of email end-to-end delivery including IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, authentication and email headers
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and anti-spam laws
Experience using 3rd party delivery tools (preferably eData Source or 250ok)

Nice to Have Requirements:

Understanding of digital marketing practices
SQL, Excel and quantitative skills are preferred, as well as experience with big data and/or complex data sets
Advanced data analysis and visualization skills using 3rd party BI tools
Experience with IP warming and reputation building for new mail streams
History of performing ISP remediation/mitigation
