Job Description
Job Purpose:
To manage and execute email marketing campaigns, optimize email performance, and build customer engagement through effective email communication strategies. This includes creating and sending newsletters, promotional emails, and other forms of communication to customers or potential customers.
➢ Understanding of the basic concepts in digital marketing.
➢ Should diligently work on mailing, configure the mail system if necessary and take responsibility
over the work.
➢ Should work on the snippet codes on HTML / PHP allotted to and should create productive
programs within the project timeline.
➢ To optimize the lead conversion rates through the process of SMTP services.
➢ Plan and schedule an Email Calendar for promoting offer through SMTP services
➢ Understand the Pros and cons of an email campaign and work for the betterment of the same
➢ Keep a track on key metrics on an ongoing basis
➢ Derive insights from results and share recommendations with immediate superior.
Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Planning and Strategy:

Design, develop, and implement email marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, or promoting sales.

Plan and create email calendars for consistent, timely communication with subscribers and customers.

Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted messaging.

Email Content Creation:

Write compelling email copy, design layouts, and ensure that the messaging aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.

Develop creative content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action (CTAs), that resonates with the target audience.

Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates.

Campaign Execution and Testing:

Schedule and execute email campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Set up A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, email design, and content to determine what works best with the audience.

Monitor email deliverability and ensure emails reach the inbox, not spam folders.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribes.

Use data insights to continuously optimize future campaigns and strategies.

Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Audience Segmentation:

Segment email lists based on various factors such as demographics, purchase history, engagement level, or location to personalize content and improve campaign effectiveness.

Continuously update and clean email lists to ensure high-quality and up-to-date data.
