Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Development:
-
Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, promoting products or services, and driving sales.

Develop and implement strategies to grow and segment the email subscriber list.

Create visually appealing and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body text, CTAs (call-to-action), and images.

Collaborate with the design team to create custom email templates that align with brand guidelines.

Audience Segmentation and Targeting:

Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, purchase history, and other criteria to ensure personalized and relevant content.

Develop targeted campaigns for different audience segments to improve open rates and click-through rates (CTR).

A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize email performance.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.

Use email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign) to track and report on campaign performance and key metrics.

Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, generate insights, and recommend improvements to future email marketing strategies.

Prepare regular reports for the marketing team and senior management to showcase campaign results and ROI (return on investment).

Email Automation and List Management:

Set up and manage automated email sequences, including welcome emails, drip campaigns, transactional emails, and re-engagement campaigns.
