About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify the most effective email marketing methods, software, and web engines to optimize campaign performance
2. Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, including but not limited to newsletters, promotional emails, and client acquisition campaigns
3. Design visually appealing email templates that align with our brand and effectively communicate our messaging to the target audience
4. Analyze email marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics and insights
5. Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment
3. In-depth knowledge of email marketing software, automation tools, and web engines
4. Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading skills
5. Strong design skills with experience in creating visually appealing email templates
