Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Embedded IoT Trainer to join our training team. As an Embedded IoT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on embedded systems and IoT technologies to students, professionals, and aspiring engineers. You will create comprehensive training materials, provide hands-on experience, and guide learners through the principles of embedded systems, microcontrollers, sensors, and connectivity used in IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:
- Design, develop, and update training materials (presentations, manuals, lab exercises, and course content) for embedded systems and IoT topics.
- Create structured learning modules and curriculum to ensure clear learning paths for students.
- Continuously improve the training content to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Embedded IoT field.
Conducting Training Sessions:
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and informative training sessions on embedded systems and IoT technologies to students, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure learners gain real-world experience with embedded hardware and software.
- Train participants in using microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32), sensors, actuators, communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, etc.), and embedded development tools.
Student Support and Guidance:
- Provide individualized support to students during and after training sessions, helping them understand complex IoT concepts.
- Answer questions, resolve doubts, and provide additional resources to enhance learning.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and projects.
Project-based Learning:
- Design and guide students through hands-on projects that integrate embedded systems with IoT applications (e.g., smart home automation, wearable devices, IoT-enabled sensors).
- Encourage creativity and problem-solving while guiding students through the design and implementation of IoT projects.
- Supervise and evaluate student projects, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Lab Setup and Maintenance:
- Set up and maintain training labs with necessary equipment, hardware, and software required for practical IoT and embedded systems training.
- Ensure that lab equipment, such as microcontrollers, sensors, and development boards, are in working condition and ready for training sessions.
- Keep up to date with new tools, technologies, and IoT platforms to provide the most relevant and current learning experience for students.
Industry Collaboration and Networking:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the embedded IoT field by attending conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, companies, and technology vendors to ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry standards and demands.
- Assist in fostering partnerships between the training organization and companies to help students secure internships or jobs.
Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and seek feedback from students and peers to improve training delivery.
- Track student performance and make adjustments to training materials and teaching methods as necessary.
- Review student feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and success.
