Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Meeting with clients and the software design team to determine software specifications
2. Creating design goals and deadlines
3. Designing and writing the embedded software code according to desired specifications
4. Testing the software for scalability and structure
5. Implementing the embedded system and interpreting error reports
6. Fixing bugs and optimizing the system
7. Maintaining the software program
8. Documenting software application values
Requirements:
1. At least a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
2. Programming experience in C or C++, or both
3. Some experience in embedded systems development and troubleshooting and with real-time operating systems
4. Some debugging experience
