Job Description
Key responsibilities
Case management: Lead the intake, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations cases, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
Investigations: Conduct fair, impartial, and timely investigations, gather evidence, and prepare detailed, high-quality reports with findings and recommendations.
Guidance and support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on ER issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Compliance: Ensure all actions and resolutions align with company policies, procedures, and employment laws. This includes providing risk assessments and ensuring consistency with legal frameworks.
Policy and training: Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to develop and update employee relations policies. Design and deliver training to managers and employees on topics like workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and conflict resolution.
Data analysis: Monitor and analyze case management data to identify trends and inform strategies for improving workplace culture, policies, and training.
Record keeping: Maintain confidential, accurate, and organized records of all case-related activities, investigations, and outcomes.
