Job Description
End-to-end management of HPE EMS Tools on an ongoing basis to ensure smooth
functioning of the same.
Experience in NNMI, NA, ISPI,Omi,Service Manager,uCMDB,OBR, Asset Manager
products
ITIL based Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management
in Ticketing tool (SMT)
Must have good experience in troubleshooting issues with operations manager and NNM
Should have strong knowledge on the NNM OM functionality concepts
Should have carried out migration/ upgrades of operations manager Implementation and
configuration knowledge of ispi for performance Experience on Even correlation event
enrichment
