Over the last eight years, we have developed end-to-end expertise right from gamified e-learning, content gamification, design, development and delivery, program management, campus 2 career, and gamified learning technologies.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create compelling communication for projects
2. Prepare strategic communication and engagement plan for projects
3. Execute plan within the expected time frame
4. Work with the marketing team to generate creatives
5. Measure and present results of engagement communication efforts
6. Set the timing of the release of communication to coordinate with engagement initiatives
7. Work on coordination with the design team for the design of collateral (e-mailers, posters, standees)
8. Work on coordination with the design team for the design of the rewards imagery (if required)
9. Create an employee engagement plan
10. Send emailers to create employee engagement as required
11. Coordinate with the team for running floor activities as part of the employee engagement
12. Work on project impact and performance reporting
