Position: SW Engineer/ ADAS Feature Developer

About The Role

As Software Engineer ADAS you will be joining our ADAS/AD business unit and work on integrating and developing for our Camera Mirror Replacement System (CMS). You will be working on internal software development and interact with potential 3rd party algorithm integration. You will be joining an ambitious and growing group of dedicated engineers and be part of the global ADAS/AD group.

What You Will Do

Working with the ADAS BU software team to define software and system requirements for CMS
Bringing up the CMS platform products and verifying operation
Integrating and testing CMS features for image control as well perception features
Work with testing team to develop CMS test/validation requirements
Work with cross functional experts on system/software architecture, functional safety and other aspects of the CMS software development
Improve the continuous integration/deployment tool chain
Monitor the CMS status in our change- and configuration-management tools

What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or similar
1-3 years professional experience with automotive system development, preferably sensing systems
Ability to work effectively within a global matrix environment

What Is Nice To Have

Know-how of automotive software stacks such as: AUTOSAR or RT-Linux
Experience in ADAS related software development
Working knowledge of functional safety plans for automotive systems, following the requirements of ISO26262
Process oriented while still innovative, flexible, driven, and motivated
Great communication skills to effectively promote the technology and interface as needed at all levels of the organization
