- Supporting Telecom Network on daily basis
- Daily health check and monitoring of NOC and Network
- Attending any faults in the network
- Trouble shooting of live network issues and media problems
- Testing faulty cards for repair and coordinating with team for sending the cards
- Will be part of the 24x7 support team
- Escalation of the cases to next level
Must be BE-Electronics & CommunicationsExperience : 0-1 year
