Mechanical Engineer Job in Stesalit Systems Limited at Bangalore

he candidate will be required to:

• Work closely with cross functional team to understand the requirement
  
• Understand the design need from the specification and also from the cross functional team
  
• Develop the 3D model and creates drawing as per the standards
  
• Able to design in lines with Manufacturing constrain, assembly constrain
  
• Able to develop technical file based on engineering analysis – tolerance analysis , structural analysis
  
• Liaise with vendors to manufacture the prototype, tooling and final components
  

Requirements:

• 1-5 years experience in product design
  
• Experience in plastic product design with good understanding in injection molding process
  
• Expertise on 3D cad tools like Pro/E , Creo2 etc
  
• Knowledge on GD&T and tolerance analysis
  
• Knowledge on plastic materials, Hardware and sheet metal
  
• Knowledge of DFM/DFA/DFR and DESIGN FOR Six Sigma
