HEINEKENâs digital solutions are a vital component in protecting and growing the company's revenue. To ensure that this trend is supported the Commerce DevOps Hub has been established. This newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with engineering the software which powers e-Commerce. The Commerce DevOps Hub location is in Kraków, Poland. As the Solution Engineer in the Data & Integration team, you have in-depth knowledge of the technical details and how the products work, and you are responsible for the technical configuration, development of integrations between products and platforms in Commerce domain, used by specific business processes across OpCos, to better serve their customers. You ensure alignment with architecture and business objectives and ensure on-time delivery. You drive the end-to-end operations of the platforms, keeping them streamlined, structured, and within service level agreements. You collaborate closely with other DevOps teams for efficient development pipelines. You will work directly with the Product Owner(s) and Product Architect(s), understanding the business needs and translating them into specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps. You drive excellence in solution engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce landscape. The role reports directly to the Solution Engineering Lead.Technology Stack:Azure API ManagementSource control management tools such as GitOAuth, SAML, OpenID ConnectRESTful services, SOAP, RAML, and JSON, graphQLCI/CD pipelinesMicroservices architecture and serverless computingGood to know:Other middleware platforms: Boomi, Mulesoft, Solace, SeeburgerAzure functions, Azure logic Apps, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Powershell, PythonExperience with microservices architecture and serverless computing (Azure Functions)Your responsibilities will include:Design, configure, develop and integrate IT solutions within the tech stack:Azure API Management (APIM) - including API policies, security configurations, versioning, jointly with the team, to enable use cases per the needs of the business.Ensure APIs adhere to security best practices, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and token management.Implement rate limiting, throttling, caching, and other API policies to enhance security and performance.Monitor API performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other tools to ensure high availability.Tailor technical solutions for OpCoâs requirements, often leveraging existing products or services.Customize and configure systems to meet the agreed scope. Develop and maintain configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices.Communicate with users and OpCos, working closely with the architects and other DevOps teams.Oversee and solve immediate technical or business challenges in integrations.Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.Conduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as neededMaintain and ensure the stability of the platforms from both functional and technical perspectives.Adhere to solution standards, architectural guidelinesKnowledge TransferSupport with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams.
