Job Description
Attending Preventive & Break down Maintenance of Painting and Flaming Robots (ABB
model- 5500,5400 & 4600 IRC-5P Controllers).
▪ Handling and pm work on 1000i ,1000 and 951 atomizers used for Painting process.
▪ Software knowledge of Rob view and Rob studio editor.
▪ Gear Pump troubleshooting and servicing. (3CC,6CC)
▪ CCV Replacement and troubleshooting.
▪ ACU troubleshooting.
▪ Axis motor Calibration.
▪ Robot Controller backup and download.
▪ Responsible for independently handling team and activities
▪ Working on PTED PM activity and breakdowns
▪ Responsible for sealer line activities and PM activity
▪ Responsible to maintain paint shop equipment like Power & free Conveyor, ASU & Exhaust
Blowers, Sludge pool pump, Oven, LPG Burners, Painting guns & pumps of Anest Iwata make.
▪ Paint Mix Room PM activity
▪ Handling SCADA and HMI system of conveyor and Auto temperature and humidity system.
▪ Responsible for work as per schedule on Preventive & Predictive maintenance.
▪ Working on CBM and TBM planning & maintain the Machine History card
▪ Planning for shutdown activity and technical cleaning activity of paint shop.
▪ Responsible for maintain the booth balancing, and process parameter like booth temperature, air
velocity, humidity
▪ Operation & maintenance of air compressor & Air dryer.
▪ Coordination for safety audits, customer audits, TPM methodology.
▪ Implementing Kaizen in the areas of Energy conservation, cycle time improvement.
▪ Working on SAP System & Maintaining the spare part.
▪ Working on CMMS, why why analysis, 8 D method for problem solve
▪ Working on Energy saving projects & Quality circle Projects.
▪ Experience in new Project planning and activities
