Key Role Points

Managing the sales & marketing of surgical equipment and instruments such as Intraocular Lens, Surgical Accessories, Cataract Machines and other diagnostic equipment in Navi Mumbai and parts of Raigarh.
Liaising with Counsellors and Ophthalmologists and facilitating surgeons in Cataract Surgeries.
Imparting demonstrations on surgical machines in clinic and operation theater.
Addressing surgeon issues and queries and providing product training to clinical staff for counseling.
Generating monthly reports on area performance and submitting to top management.
Designing & deploying sales & marketing strategies, programs and contents to improve sales opportunities.
Monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; gathering information on competitors pricing & promotional activities.
Identifying prospective clients by visiting clinics/hospitals; establishing new & maintaining existing, relationships with doctors/surgeons/counselors and generating business from the existing clientele.
Conducting Market Research & analyzing functions including identification of key trends and challenges in the industry; conceptualizing strategic product marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning.
Working with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings; delivering presentations and attending sales meetings and partner conferences
