Join us, on one of our graduate programmes, and you can be part of delivering the breakthrough engineering of the future. You’ll spend two years rotating through roles in one of our divisions, working on live projects, seeing the product lifecycle from end-to-end and possibly gain experience of working in another country. By the end, you’ll have all the skills and exposure you need to kickstart your specialist engineering career.

Precision Engineering (Noida)

Progressing through placements in Engineering, Commercial, Operations and Project Management, you’ll discover how we create flow control technologies for applications where precision, speed and reliability are essential. Precision Engineering helps drive the essential systems we all rely on and Norgren, our customer-facing brand, is central to making that happen. During your placement, you could potentially find solutions to all kinds of engineering challenges – everything from reducing emissions in commercial vehicles to supporting advances in diagnostic equipment and biotech. There will also be opportunities for you to work on a world-class product portfolio that includes high-quality actuators, pressure switches, valves, fittings and more.

What you need

Our programmes are highly international in nature. So as well as having the right to work in India, it’s important that you are willing and able to relocate frequently, including to other countries. You must also have a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or emerging technology discipline.
