Translate business requirements to technical requirements and document the same as part of an RTM
Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation.
Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy.
Creating, Organizing, and Managing Test Automation Resources.
Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Test Cases.
Organizing, and monitoring defect management process.
Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.
Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues.
Co-coordinating Test team members and Development team in order to resolve the issues.
Ability to frame basic SQL queries
Participate actively in all project and organizational ceremonies
Adhere to internal policies and norms to ensure compliance
Essential for the role 5 years of experience in Automation Testing:
Should possess Good programming skills in Java
Awareness and exposure to Test Automation tools & Frameworks, viz. Selenium, Appium Studio, Cucumber, Jenkins
Understanding of Web, Database & API Automation libraries
Should possess basic knowledge in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Models
Good Communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of project artifacts like Strategy, Plan, Reports, etc
Good understanding of defect lifecycle and triage
Ability to frame basic SQL queries
Desirable for the role Experience with the SFDC platform is a plus
Hands-on experience working on Agile projects
Experience in Life Sciences is a plus
