We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our team in the UPS and Battery Sales and Service Industry. This position requires a strong technical background in maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability, performing preventive maintenance, handling calls, troubleshooting, and maintaining well relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability
• Performing preventive maintenance on UPS and battery systems
• Handling calls from customers regarding technical issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience working in the UPS and battery sales and service industry
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
