Job Description
Organization: Indian Rayon
JobDescription:
- To ensure Maintenance effectiveness in Power Plant to achieve Caustic Production target, by improving the equipment availability & efficiency by planning the maintenance of Turbo Generators and all coal fired Boilers shut down
- Daily planning of contractor jobs, their execution, materials planning & procurement and timely billing to ensure 100% completion of job within timelines
- Advance planning and Daily job distribution of routine jobs of plant to ensure 100% completion of job within timelines
- Capex/Major Projects implementation to augment Generation / production
- Department spares stock & tools stock management, Equipment history updation and Breakdown/shutdown report updation. 5S implementation in department stores
- Safety awareness amongst shop floor employees and transport crew
- To critically evaluate the maintenance and to control the cost by innovations and reducing failures by better preventive maintenance. Maintaining expenses as per revised internal budget
Qualifications: BEMechanical
Minimum Experience Level: 3-5Years
