Job Description

Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve product issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Writing scripts / Building features for the support team to provide quick solutions to specific issues.

Desired Skill:

HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, must have knowledge of MVC Architecture and should have knowledge in PHP Frameworks ( Preferably Zend Framework).
Must have experienced between 1-2 years in the same field.
