Designation - Engineer Trainee - Electrical and Electronics
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Engineer Trainee - Electrical and Electronics you will embark on a comprehensive training program that encompasses technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and professional growth. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Graduated between 2022 and 2023.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualification.
- No current backlogs at the time of application.
Responsibilities:
- Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Conducting research and collating data.
- Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.
- Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
- Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Attending meetings and workshops.
- Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
- Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.
- Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: INR 3 - 5 LPA
- Training and skill development opportunities.

Bond and Compensation Upon Completion:
- Candidates selected for this role will be required to sign a bond for 3 years.
- Upon successful completion of the bond, a compensation of 2 Lakhs will be provided.
