Job Description
1. Visit minimum of 150 Customers per month along with Technicians
2. Prepare PJP for any month by the last day of the previous month
3. Skill development of BP technicians.
4. Productivity increase of BP technicians.
5. Helping Technicians to reduce Repeat Call, Benchmark is within 3%
6. Special guidance to the newly joined service technicians in the field including customer interaction and grooming.
7. On Job Training on Newly launched Products for the existing Technicians
8. Increase of attachment sale & Unit Sale revenue through attached 30 technicians.
9. Visit customers where high-value water purifiers have been installed and send feedback.
10. Visit Customers against Complaint pending for spares- 10 to 15 nos. in a month along with the concerned technician
11. Arrange for Rectification/ Regeneration of Pumps/ Solenoid Valves/ Membranes etc. through Technicians
